DONATION TO UROLOGY DEPT – BANKSTOWN-LIDCOMBE HOSPITAL

In early 2023, Bankstown Sports contributed $100,000 towards the purchase of a Lisa Laser Machine for the Urology Department at Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital. This machine enables more effective treatment of kidney stones and prostate disease, and it is the only machine of its kind in Australia!

This new technology will improve patient outcomes for men and ensures a better quality of life, post procedure.

On the 12th of April, members of our Board and Executive Team visited the surgical team using the new equipment, to see the machine in action and the impact it is having on local patients.

Our community is at the heart of everything we do. We are proud that our contribution has brought Bankstown - Lidcombe Hospital to the forefront of treating patients with the best possible care.
